Terms of service

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
Payment Terms: Payment for all Product is normally required at the time of placing an Order. Acceptable methods include major Credit/Debit Cards, the Zircotec Klarna facility, Bankers Draft, or BACS Transfer.
Dispatch Clearances: Cleared funds must be in Zircotec’s possession before any Finished Parts are shipped or otherwise transferred to the Customer.
Storage Fees: Customer Parts or Finished Parts will be stored free of charge for an initial period of 10 Working Days. Following this period, Zircotec shall charge 5% of the Order value for every full week of storage. Zircotec reserves the right to dispose of or sell any parts remaining in storage for longer than six months without prior notice.
Liability Limitations: Zircotec’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise shall be limited to £5,000 for Standard Product, £10,000 for Specialist Product, and a maximum of £50,000 in relation to any one Customer in any one year.
