Shipping Policy

• Shipping Costs: Product Prices explicitly exclude shipping and insurance costs. These costs shall be notified and charged to the Customer separately.

• Delivery Timeframes: Any date quoted for the delivery of Finished Parts is approximate only. Zircotec shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or expenses caused by a delay in delivery. Time of delivery is not of the essence unless previously agreed.

• Transfer of Risk (Finished Parts): Finished Parts, or any returned Customer Parts, are strictly at the risk of the Customer from the time of delivery to the Customer by a Zircotec-arranged courier, at the time of collection by a Customer-arranged courier, or when collected in person from Zircotec.

• Transfer of Risk (Inbound Parts): For Customer Parts shipped or delivered to Zircotec, the risk remains entirely with the Customer until the goods have been successfully received and accepted by Zircotec for processing, and the Order has been formally accepted.

• Part Preparation: To ensure optimal quality and performance of the Coating Service, all Customer Parts must be provided clean and completely disassembled.
