Return and Refund Policy

  • Defect Notification: Any claim based on a defect in the quality or condition of the Products, a failure to correspond with the specification, or any shortage must be notified to Zircotec within 7 days from the passing of risk to the Customer. If the defect or failure was not apparent upon reasonable inspection, notification must occur within a reasonable time after discovery.

  • Failure to Notify: If the Customer does not notify Zircotec within the required timeframe, the Customer shall not be entitled to reject the Products, and Zircotec shall hold no liability for the defect or failure.

  • Remedies: In the event of a valid claim, Zircotec will either replace the defective Products free of charge or, at Zircotec's sole discretion, refund the Product Price associated with the defective Products. Zircotec shall have no further liability to the Customer beyond this remedy.

  • Order Cancellations: No accepted Order may be cancelled except with the written agreement of Zircotec. Customers must provide a minimum notice of one Working Day (24 hours) of their intent to cancel.

  • Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation request is accepted, Zircotec is entitled to charge 10% of the Order value to cover administration expenses, plus a proportionate amount of the Product Price to account for any part of the Coating Service already completed.
