New colours added to portfolio, giving customers even greater aesthetic choice in 2025
Zircotec has released a significant update to its high-temperature Performance Colours™ ceramic coatings range by adding four brand-new and distinctive colours to the set.
The Performance Colours™ range delivers exceptional thermal barrier performance and a stunning under-bonnet aesthetic in one plasma-applied ceramic coating.
Coatings can be applied to various components, including exhaust manifolds, exhaust headers, turbo housings, downpipes, tailpipes or tail trims.
There are currently 14 colour options available, all capable of operating up to a temperature of 900°C, reducing heat loss by 50°C, and slashing surface temperatures by 33%.
The new colours are:
Ocean Blue
A deep, modern finish with strong visual impact
Racing Green
Paying homage to British motorsport heritage
Heritage Bronze
A warm, subtle tone with a classic look
Titanium
A technical, satin grey with low visual reflectivity
These colours join existing options such as Ultimate Black, Chilled Red, Graphite, and Copper. For ultra-high-performance applications, Zircotec’s Performance White™ ceramic coating is also available. The top pick for motorsport and OEM customers, this application can withstand temperatures of up to 1400°C.

Four legacy colours – Aged Brown, Fern Green, Aqua Green and Warm Grey – have been discontinued for new orders, but they will remain available to support existing customer projects.
