Designed to overcome the toughest thermal challenges in the motorsport and high-performance road car sectors, ZircoFlex® HT gives engineers greater flexibility when managing extreme temperatures. It has been developed to complement Zircotec’s established ZircoFlex® FOIL and GOLD products.
At just 2.6 mm thick and weighing only 860 grams per m², HT is a lightweight heat shielding solution that protects critical components from extreme temperatures and direct flame (without burn through) in areas where packaging is tight and traditional, rigid heat shields are not suitable.

The standout feature of ZircoFlex® HT is its ability to bend, twist and fit around complex geometries. Whether wrapping exhaust components, shielding composite bodywork or protecting sensitive electronics, it offers practical heat resistance up to 1,000°C – and can withstand 1,200°C for short periods.
Made from a flexible nickel-based backing that’s married to a high-performance insulation core, ZircoFlex® HT delivers thermal conductivity as low as 0.03 W/mK. It’s also easy to apply, thanks to a self-adhesive layer that simplifies installation and removes the need for additional fasteners that can add weight.

ZircoFlex® HT is available in three sheet sizes – 900mm x 550mm, 450mm x 550mm and 210mm x 297mm – with bespoke options available on request.
